These terms govern your use of the Lazord Beauty website and any purchases you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Lazord Beauty is a premium own-label hair care brand with operations in Oslo, Norway and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Lazord Beauty.

2. Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@lazord-no.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase from us.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the displayed price. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud). Once your order is confirmed by email, a contract is formed between us.

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment details, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. Your card is charged at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery timeframes depend on your location — see our shipping page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

6. Returns & cancellations

You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy for the full process. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been despatched, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in the despatch process, but we will do our best to assist.

7. Product information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in product appearance may occur due to photography and screen calibration. Always read the product label before use. Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, check the full ingredient list before purchase and consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Lazord Beauty and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lazord Beauty's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
