Returns policy
1–14 day returns
Return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Unopened only
Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Store credit
Accepted returns are issued as store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds.
How to return
- Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order at support@lazord-no.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return request and provide a return address within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original, unopened packaging and send it back within 14 days of delivery.
- Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
