Our Hydrating Shampoo is sulphate-free and gentle enough for daily use. Our keratin and protein treatments use carefully controlled active ingredients — the same used in professional salons — without unnecessary fillers. Full ingredient lists are published on each product page.

The Keratin Smoothing Treatment typically lasts 10–12 weeks with regular maintenance. Results depend on your hair type, washing frequency, and the products you use afterwards. Using a sulphate-free shampoo (like our Hydrating Shampoo) will significantly extend longevity.

Yes — all of our products are colour-safe. The Protein Repair Mask and Botox Hair Treatment are especially popular with colour-treated hair as they help restore the protein structure damaged during chemical processing. We recommend waiting at least 72 hours after colouring before applying a keratin treatment.

We ship from two locations: Oslo, Norway (serving Europe and worldwide) and Dubai, UAE (serving the Middle East and Asia-Pacific). Your order will be dispatched from whichever warehouse is closest to your delivery address.

Norway: 1–3 business days. Europe: 3–5 business days. Middle East: 2–4 business days (via Dubai). Rest of world: 5–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. For full zone details see our Shipping & returns page.

Free shipping applies to Norwegian orders over 1 000 kr, European orders over 1 500 kr, and Middle East orders over 300 AED. For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel. You can also use the Track order tool on our site. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lazord-no.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — whichever you prefer. We take packaging quality seriously and use this feedback to improve.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Please contact us as quickly as possible at support@lazord-no.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our standard returns policy.

No. Our Keratin Smoothing Treatment is formulated for at-home application. The full how-to-use guide is printed on each product and published on the product page. We recommend reading it in full before your first application and ensuring the room is well-ventilated during use.

Once a week for damaged or over-processed hair, or once every two weeks for maintenance. Avoid overuse — very frequent protein treatments can make hair feel stiff if moisture balance isn't maintained. Alternate with a hydrating conditioner for best results.
